Terms and conditions for a BiSS Interface License
for BiSS device manufacturers

Performance of iC-Haus (user license - no license fees applicable)

• Delivery of the BiSS Interface Protocol Specifications together with comprehensive explanations.
• Delivery of a VHDL BiSS Interface model as selected BiSS-IPs. De-livery of an API-Library for C++ developers.
• Granting the right to use the BiSS Interface know-how and the BiSS Interface patents for flash or mask programmable microcontrollers, for programmable logic devices (PLD, FPGA) or for customized ASICs.
• Granting the right to use published, copyrighted documentation in-cluding the BiSS logo for re-production purposes.
• Granting the right to use the BiSS Device Manufacturer ID assigned by iC-Haus.

Compensation of Licensee

• Use of BiSS-Interface IP modules "as is" and without license fees.
• Free back licensing for improvements on the BiSS Interface Protocol Specification.
• Must for compatibility. Use of basic designation "BiSS Interface", the original BiSS logo and the BiSS Device Manufacturer ID.
