• Delivery of a VHDL BiSS Interface model
  
• Delivery of a API-Library für C++ developers
• Granting the right to use the BiSS Interface know-how and the BiSS trademark for the manufacture of integrated circuits with BiSS Interface and their worldwide sale
• Granting the right to use published, copyrighted documentation including the BiSS logo for re-production purposes
• Granting the right to use a controlled BiSS Interface device manufacturer ID

Compensation of Licensee

• License fee on IP-modules and royalty on net sales price of the BiSS Interface IC-product
• Back license for improvements on the BiSS Interface Protocol Specification
• Must for compatibility
• Use of basic designation "BiSS Interface" and original BiSS logo
